Our historic 1929 brick Federal-style residence provides a sophisticated, sun-lit backdrop for your pre-wedding preparations, bridal party gatherings, and professional photo shoots. Bridal Packages & Pricing
Day-Use Prep Package $600
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM *(earlier arrival requires the Wedding-Prep & Stay Package)*
Full Access: Exclusive use of all public spaces for preparation and photography
Capacity: Accommodates your bridal party, hair/makeup team, and photographers. We can accommodate up to 20 people.
Prep & Stay Package $1,200
Overnight Accommodations: 2 luxury guest suites for 1 night (up to 6 overnight guests)
Flexibility: Choice of staying the night prior to your wedding (for an early morning start) or the night of your wedding
Full Access: Exclusive use of all public spaces for preparation and photography
Gourmet breakfast included for overnight guests
Photography Session $150
Duration: 2 Hours (Interior & Exterior grounds)
Details: Ideal for engagement portraits, bridal portraits, or first-look sessions. Advance reservation required and not available while guests are staying at the B&B.

Reserving Your Date
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your bridal prep date and is applied toward your package total. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
If your plans change more than 14 days before your scheduled date, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date within 12 months. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to the full remaining balance.
Because bridal dates are limited, your date is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations
- Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days prior to the event date
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event date
